Our story – where it all began
Brought together by a shared vision and a single aim to disrupt the commercial real estate market, James and Matt, the Co-founders of Flux HQ, took the plunge in 2020 to build a market leading office agency. Having both worked together previously they felt it was the right time to combine their 20+ years of experience and go on their own journey to really shake up what was quite an archaic industry.
They set about agreeing on what feels like the most important thing to when setting up a business...the name of the company. After a lot of interim names and a couple of close calls, they landed on Flux HQ. Flux is named after the situation in which many of their clients are in. Due to the rapid growth and scaling environments that companies face, a business's headcount may well be in a state of flux.
Fast forward to the present day and they have not only built a business supported by a team of incredible individuals, they have helped hundreds of inspirational brands find their new homes across the globe.

“I’ve worked with Matt and James since 2018 – so for over 5 years now - on our office moves and I feel confident we’ll continue to use Flux for years to come: if these guys can’t find something, it just doesn’t exist.
Flux have been by our side supporting us with our office relocations ever since we were a tiny 35-person operation all the way to our most recent move, which involved accommodating several hundred people. And we have not made it easy for them either: our brief has changed repeatedly, while maintaining some very specific requirements. Flux were extremely patient as we took our time in refining the brief and helped advise us on the appropriate size of space required. They thought outside of the box and quite literally pulled a rabbit out of a hat for us.
I am very pleased to say, Flux most certainly did not disappoint and have provided the same consistently high-quality comprehensive service we have grown accustomed to from them over the years. In fact, this latest move to our new HQ just off Chancery Lane is proving to be our best relocation yet, on top of all other benefits having meant a commute time improvement for a vast majority of our employees – not an easy thing to achieve for such a varied group.
