He trained at one of the UK’s largest estate agencies, developing a strong foundation in pricing, market dynamics, and transaction execution from the outset.
Alongside his residential expertise, James has spent over a decade advising on commercial real estate transactions as co-founder of Flux HQ. This experience enhances his residential advisory work, bringing a more analytical, disciplined approach to negotiation, pricing, and deal structuring.
