The Solution

Mastercard faced the challenge of relocating after their building was scheduled for demolition, giving them just six months to find a new space. We treated this as an opportunity to upgrade their innovation hub and create an inspiring environment for their team and members. After reviewing options, we identified a penthouse suite at The Conran Building with stunning Thames views that ticked every requirement and more: proximity to HQ, a private roof terrace and a 2,000 sqft collaboration space. Although slightly outside their original search area, once they saw the space it immediately won them over and provided them with a modern and collaborative space in a bid to attract talent and elevate their brand experience.
