The Solution
Originally being in a serviced office space, our client was looking to upgrade their office, staying as close to their current location whilst looking to improve their security to ensure they could protect their data.
They had received significant funding to support their growth plans so finding their next office that enabled the space for this was our priority. Finding a managed solution was at the forefront of this search, whilst also finding a space that they could design themselves and make it their own. After finalising the brief with the client, we helped them navigate the market and presented various options to show them what was possible based on their requirements and their budget.
Landing on a managed space in Soho with a big fit out that took over 6 months to complete, our client had the opportunity to create their ideal set up. The space comprised of a secure room where all 4 walls were internal, several meeting rooms, phone booths, breakout space and an outdoor roof terrace to increase collaboration, productivity and teamwork.
