I’ve worked with Matt and James since 2018 – so for over 5 years now - on our office moves and I feel confident we’ll continue to use Flux for years to come: if these guys can’t find something, it just doesn’t exist.
Flux have been by our side supporting us with our office relocations ever since we were a tiny 35-person operation all the way to our most recent move, which involved accommodating over 900 people. And we have not made it easy for them either: our brief has changed repeatedly, while maintaining some very specific requirements. Flux were extremely patient as we took our time in refining the brief and helped advise us on the appropriate size of space required. They thought outside of the box and quite literally pulled a rabbit out of a hat for us.
I am very pleased to say, Flux most certainly did not disappoint and have provided the same consistently high-quality comprehensive service we have grown accustomed to from them over the years. In fact, this latest move to our new HQ just off Chancery Lane is proving to be our best relocation yet, on top of all other benefits having meant a commute time improvement for a vast majority of our 900 employees – not an easy thing to achieve for such a varied group.
To anyone looking for space big or small, Flux are the guys to use, without a doubt. We are actually on our 4th office search with Flux currently as they are supporting us with a smaller project out of London.

Community Fibre had come to our team with the intention to upsize their office space but weren’t too sure on the options that were available to them. After working closely with them, talking through what requirements they needed in their new office space and changing the brief and location several times, we were tasked with a difficult search to find the perfect place under strict time constraints as they were needing a new office in a short period of time.

Having explored the market in their initial location and not being able to find the right space, it was back to the drawing board. We took it upon ourselves to dive deeper into a new market and explored options trying to ensure we could still find the right space that ticked all the boxes.

We ended up finding the perfect option in mid-town which was initially outside of their original location but had fit the brief in every other aspect. The team at Community Fibre loved the new location and are delighted with their brand new HQ.
