“Flux HQ were recommended to us by a trusted partner, and from the outset it was clear their values and culture aligned with ours. Our requirements were complex and fluid, and other agents struggled to respond with the flexibility or innovation we needed. Flux took the time to truly understand our organisation and stakeholders, helping us define our needs and adapt as circumstances evolved.
The process was a pleasure from start to finish – detailed, personal, responsive, and full of fresh ideas. We didn’t have the resources or expertise to manage this in-house, and Flux supported us through false starts and key decisions with confidence and care. When our original plan fell through, they helped us quickly visualise an alternative and move forward decisively.
Since moving into the new space, the impact has been tangible. Attendance and engagement have increased, collaboration has improved, and the office has had a genuinely positive effect on our company culture. Quite simply, without Flux HQ, we wouldn’t have got here”

The Solution
BMJ had been based in BMA House for over 150 years and has never had an office space of their own. We helped them realise that a new office could act as a culture reset. By understanding their needs, we advised downsizing by 3,000 sqft to create a more collaborative environment in a bid to enable the employees to feel more connected to each other. We were able to source the perfect CAT-A space in Fitzrovia, giving them the opportunity to design a purpose-built office with ample collaboration areas, meeting rooms and breakout spaces to support their return-to-office strategy and revitalise the company culture.
